I’m already so impressed! The application process was smooth and professional—management was friendly, responsive, and made everything stress-free. The building itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a great community atmosphere. The location is super convenient, and the amenities are exactly what I was hoping for. This is my first apartment and I’ve had an outstanding experience so far. The maintenance team is swift and dependable and there’s even a monthly pest control so no bugs! I highly recommend Shorewood to anyone looking for a new place.
Couldn’t sign my inspection since the place shouldn’t have been inhabited until it was THOROUGHLY inspected. Faulty sinks, broken kitchen drawers, unsettled and poorly placed toilet, “updated” flooring is coming up and doesn’t feel stable, windows have frost/ice inside. LITERALLY HEATING THE OUTSIDE, home never heated and we have to use additional heaters and the oven to assist the always running electric unit, high blood pressure from false $500 notices added to the lease without notice IN ERROR. Moved in at the end of March, never can get in contact with the property manager, the “remodeling” that was done was horrible noticed cracks and problems within the first month and whole building is infested with roaches. Elevator is always broke and dirty/stinky, hate leaving and coming in the building because of how bad it is (which is not how it was the three different times we viewed it before moving in).
