The desk is really helpful I like the room and it’s only 300 steps to the beach
Check-in was a nightmare we booked through Expedia and the pictures on Expedia are not true for what you’re really staying at. They must be Photoshop. They could not find our reservation, once finally found they took us to our room that was in very poor condition. No hot water only lukewarm water. The handle fell off the shower faucet The first time we used it . The best part about the room is the fact that you don’t sleep alone because it was filled with bedbugs. DO NOT STAY HERE, RUNDOWN NIGHTMARE
I’m not sure why my review was deleted. This place is a total dump. Cleanliness is non existent. Extremely noisy. We ended up leaving a day earlier (with no refund) due to the poor conditions. Would not stay here for free.
Love the location, staff is friendly and respectful would definitely recommend staying!
