My aunt was on FaceTime with me, my husband, and another family member when the office manager came to her apartment. During that interaction, my aunt said, “I had just cleaned,” and the manager responded, “Well, it doesn’t really look like it.” Based on what we heard on the call, the tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve generally liked living here because the area is convenient and the staff has always been polite and friendly. I’ve been living here for about a year and a half, and unfortunately, the water issues have been a consistent problem during that time. Recently We’ve had no hot water for three days, which makes basic things like showering very difficult. This complex is a scam and designed to screw over the tenant. It's infested with cockroaches, you hear everything your neighbors are doing all night long, the appliances are ancient, my apartment has a weird smell that began causing me health issues, and you can expect your water to be shut off 3-5 days a month for repairs but your utility bill will still go up.
