My experience with the apartment management has been really positive and emotional as well. This place became very close to my heart, and moving out honestly felt emotional. As an international student coming to a different country, staying here made the transition much easier for me. The staff has always been kind, supportive, and helpful whenever I needed anything. I do not recommend this place there is a woman in the office named Edna she is too difficult to deal with she is very confrontational is unprofessional a time ago I went into the office to make complaint and there is new ladies and I think oh my god finally this old mean lady is gone, but no the was still there and still mean and unprofessional I will not be back next semester everyone in the office is very friendly and nice but to make any conversation with Edna is not end pleasantly. The water is always off trees fall down very dangerous the parking pavilion almost crushed my car and rats bigger that cats. I have lived here for 8 months and it always looks like a construction site always something wrong with the property no hot water for days 2 trees fall down in 1 month the garage falls down we pay a lot of money to live at a ongoing construction site
