Disappointed and would recommend against people renting at Shoreham. The park is nice, but the overall area is mostly tall buildings with poor sense of community, and the management company makes very scant effort to cultivate any community. Particularly frustrating is their lack of support or compensation after having a major leak that caused terrible water damage in my master bedroom of a 2 BR apartment. That was torn up, is unavailable to me, and my bedroom furniture is now shoved in the living room, so I only have acces... read more
