DO NOT park at any "Parking Payments" lots. They are predatory scammers. This lot used to be just fine when it had a gate. Once this new company took over the are scammers. You have to download an app, which is fine, so I did that, but then I couldn't register my vehicle. I called them and they said they were going to call me back. They never did.
