We have had a storage unit here for 2 years. We leave our valid payment on file, yet receive text notifications that our unit has been “locked out” due to nonpayment EVERY MONTH. If it is their responsibility to run our card, then we shouldn’t be receiving such threats. This business has no idea to how to treat customers and how to communicate properly. Everything is absolutely disorganized.
