Stopped by The Shoppe for an afternoon snack and I'm so happy we did! The custard was good - but in Wisconsin that's to be expected. The surprising stand out? Cheese curds! Quite possibly the best cheese curds I've ever had. The breading was perfect. Not too much, not too little. It adds a lovely crisp to the outside of the curd. And the curd itself was melty and delicious. The side of ranch sauce also was SO GOOD. I'm not usually a fan of ranch, but I would eat The Shoppe's ranch with just about anything.
