Critical: Professionalism, Quality I will start this review by stating it takes alot for me to take the time to write a bad review on a company. That being said I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I had to work yesterday's so the burden of trying to find someone to do tires on our car fell on my wife (a mistake on my part I now realize) My wife called and got a quote for new tires and an alignment. RecommendedI had a fair amount of work done to my truck ,ball joint, struts, alignment,some tranny work, they got it done very fast, kept me up to speed on progress,and decently priced,I also liked the fact that they showed me what was messed up and what caused it(not just told me it was bad) thank you all so my much, truck drives better then it was when new
These guys are great! Very reasonable prices and super friendly and helpful.

I was taking my mother shopping on her 91st birthday and my car started to make noise which I thought it was the muffler. The Shop was recommended by Valvoline to fix my muffler. Stopped at the Shop and made an appointment for the next day and told a very nice man that my 91 year young mother was in the car. Terry Noll at that point crawled under the car and found out that the guard plate had a screw broken off. He immediately said he could fix it which he did with a no charge. After dealing with what should have been a simple oil change across the street at valvoline. They told me they couldn't get a cap off and would not be able to do it then said my MAF sensor was unplugged told me to go to The shop to get the cap off. After getting here and being very distressed over everything Terry talk to me and was able to get me in short notice and showed me they had no problem getting the cap off in fact the other place had stripped it using the wrong tool also found out that they had the wrong part that ... read more
I had to get my car towed to The Shop. Lance was very helpful, honest and was communicating with me every step of the way. They fixed the problem quickly and I was shocked at what affordable prices they had. Thank you Lance and The Shop for your honest and integral work, I hope I don’t have to see you for a while but when When we need more work done you will be my only call! I will be letting everyone I know where to go form now on!
