The gentleman who helped me was very caring. I called and explained my steering wheel was shaking when I drove and asked how much it was for a diagnostic. He told me he wouldn’t do any work before letting me know the cost and he squeezed me in same day/ short notice. They checked my car quickly and told me it was my tire causing the shaking and didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. Excellent service, they don't cheat you, and are straightforward about the price of work, fully recommended!
Squeezed me in on short notice to get torn up wheel studs replaced that I found after another shop had messed them up. They also worked with the other shop in another city to get the payment from them. This is the only mechanic shop in Memphis that I use if I can help it! They are honest and communicate really well and do great work! Highly, highly recommend!
