I can't say enough good things about this shop and my experience. I was driving back from Tennessee and my car, that has never had problems before, broke down in Flatwoods. It was late at night, and I didn't know the area at all. The only thing I could go off of to know where to have my car towed was Google. I got lucky enough to find The Shop! Had a car issue on the interstate near by. Pulled over, quick google search for auto shop near me. Called The Shop and they answered fast. The gentlemen told me to come by to see if they can help. He didn’t have what I needed BUT called someone to get the part and went to pick it up. He fixed my car and got me on the road within a hour. I hate to have car troubles but I’m glad it happened near The Shop ! 6/5 stars
