Ethan from the Shop gave us great customer service by replacing our starter on our F150 and driving it to us at the KOA where our camper was. Thank you so much!
This shop was a life saver. My mother and I were 3 hours into our 10 hour road trip when my engine light came on. We stopped at an auto parts store and got SO SO lucky that Ethan was also shopping. Long story short, he figured out what my car issue was and was kind enough to invite me to the shop and he would squeeze me into their busy schedule THAT DAY. He got my car fixed within 2 hours and we were back on the road. It was excellent service, customer friendly and I couldn’t be more thankful for the shop.
First off, what is it with this town and people breaking down? Second off, we are towing our fifth wheel from across country and went to leave the campground this morning and had a brake line fail on us. The owner was able to get us in today! He worked after hours on the truck to get us back on the road! We were so extremely grateful! They really went above and beyond!
I was passing though town on a road trip, pulled into a gas station and noticed my engine splash shield had fallen down during my drive. We went to the autozone and were directed to The Shop in Braxton. We pulled in after the shop was closed but the two mechanics there were happy to help us. They found an error in work in work I had just had completed on my car the week before in Durham NC.
