Ethan of The Shop, automotive repair in Braxton county West Virginia, was wonderful! My poor Honda Civic, with no clutch was delivered to him by tow truck, but I was about to give up hope. Instead, he was efficient and ethical, and instead of charging me $500 for a master cylinder, he told me the truth, which was apparently I just had a small hydraulic fluid leak made worse by being stopped on an incline for a long time by the DOH boys. Ethan was very helpful and kind during a stressful popped tire 2 hours into a long roadtrip. He explained all of our options and even called another shop for us to help find the quickest option so we could get back on the road. With his above and beyond help, I cannot recommend this shop enough!
If I could give more stars I would! I stranded 500 miles away from home and they really looked out for me! Excellent service and a fair price
