I honestly don’t know what I’d do without The Shop and Rod. I lost myself for a while and couldn’t figure out or find a trainer that could train me right or what I needed to do to get my health and body back. When I came to the shop he got me back on track and I’ve never been happier! Realest trainer ever!
Amazing vibes at the shop! Coach Rodrigo is one of the best coach I ever had. He is very caring and at the same time firm with his classes. Time flies by during his sessions, he makes them fun and challenging
Would not recommend this gym if you are a female. Rod has touched or spoken to female clients inappropriately. Instead of taking accountability, he just refunded my membership. I felt embarrassed and essentially pushed out of the gym (a place where I felt like I had a sense of community with other members).
I used to attend this gym & I will be back. Honestly I absolutely loved it, coach Rod always pushed me and other members of this gym to do better & the support he shows the members is amazing ! If you are looking for a gym this is the one, you won't regret it once you start seeing your results totally recommend.
