Jennifer is a horrible hair stylist. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in with clear inspiration photos and explained exactly what I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like what I had asked for. I have been going to Simona since covid lockdowns ended and she always does an amazing job. The hir cut is always perfect, and she really listens and asks questions to get an understanding of exactly what I'm looking for every time. I've gone in for simple layer refreshes to big changes like from very long after my wedding to quite short and she always makes my hair look fabulous.
