Very polite very helpful and nice guy Steve is a good person I was shop there anytime but I live in Queens now so yeah I very rarely come out but he's a good person and this what she had a little bigger store but you know how it is very courteous and he has a lot of patience with people so I will give him a 5-star rating thumbs up

Too bad there is "zero" stars. I purchased a "PoE" Network switch from William Werner. He shipped me the wrong model (a NON-PoE switch which was useless to me). In trying to work out the issue, he asked I return ship it to him, but did not reimburse my shipping costs (cost > $50 to return ship this big heavy switch) even though it was 100% HIS error.
