I have been working out at the shop for two months. I appreciate the strength I’m gaining. But but what I really appreciate is the community and feeling welcome every time I walk through the door.

I signed up for their free class and let me tell you this performance center has great equipment. The other members were friendly and introduced themselves. Drew was an excellent help. You can't beat the location. At the very least you owe it to yourself to get on down there and check it out. Your body is going to love it.
This is one of the most welcoming environments I have been in! I love the workouts and the staff and patrons are always friendly and happy to help if you have questions or need assistance. If you’re looking for a solid strength and conditioning program The Shop is your place.
I joined The Shop last year to get a change of pace with my fitness journey. I wish I had started sooner! The coaches are excellent, the programming is effective and the welcoming community atmosphere is something I had never experienced at a gym before. 10/10 recommend The Shop!
