Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t follow up, very rude, and cancelled my appointment after telling me the time to show up. I waited a month to get an oil change and they cancelled my appointment! Terrible business practices! The guy at the front desk clearly doesn’t understand how to be a customer service representative
Mark was wonderful to work with! He explained everything to me in a manner I could understand, turned the job around quickly, and his pricing felt very reasonable. I had my AC "fixed" by two other area mechanic shops and it still wasn't working properly. Mark was the first to actually fix the issue.
If you’re looking for an honest mechanic for your next car repair, look no further than Mark and his crew at The Shop @ 160. I recommend them to friends and family for all their auto repair needs. Knowing my way around a car, they’ve never sheered me wrong. Some other places around here will take advantage of those who don’t know basic automotive repair.
The Shop at 160 does great work. Brought my 2018 Odyssey in on a Friday due to a code P0455. Mark and his staff were busy, but they worked it in, diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts. I brought it back the following Tuesday and the repairs were completed. Thank you guys for being a great shop!
