I had an issue with my car after some work they did. The issue was not related to their work, but when I couldn’t get hold of them he reached out to me to make sure it could be taken care of. This, to me, shows quality and respect. I changed my review because honestly, no one cares about customers anymore and the fact that he reached out to me after my review tells me that he truly does care. I made a mistake, I’ll own that. They replaced my engine, but left one of the hoses disconnected. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with them to fix it. Left messages, texts, voicemails, and no one responds. Their hours seem sporadic and every time I have had a free moment to stop by they have been closed. I have to have an appointment to stop in because my schedule is crazy. No luck. They do good work, but their communication is severely lacking.

Chevy Sullivan and his crew is the best mechanics in Northeast Arkansas whatever you need done he can make it happen.
Have now taken two of my personal vehicles down there. Great and fast service. All the mechanics are great at what they do. Had me in and out in less than a hour or so for fuel system job. Would recommend definitely will be a returning customer soon!
