Salon is nice and stylists are great. The problem I have is with their advertisement of "no appointments needed." That is NOT TRUE! Every time I've gone right when they open and there is already a significant wait time. Today I went in at 9 am, and it was already a 3 hour wait time for a color and a 2.5 hour wait for my daughter just to get a trim. The girls they have working in there are great and do awesome work and they are less expensive than similar shops in the area. I would highly recommend them.
