Dr Russel is the best shoe doctor who makes the best insoles! He is passionate, professional and very knowledgeable, I finally found the solution to the pain on my feet and now I go workout 3-4 days plus hiking a week without any problems, pain is GONE!!! Dr Russel also trying to improve my situation because he is more than just killing the pain. Definitely recommended for anyone with problems on foot pain/arch support!
Very knowledgeable and kind. His thing works - I got rid of a years long ankle pain with his insole. Only if I knew it would be this easy. He has his main office in Pleasanton(?), and said he's coming down to SJ for few days out of the week for now. He's inside the small posture clinic. Appointment needed. I really appreciate his presence here in the Silicon Valley as there will kot be a shortage of sendantary people who could merit from his practice ;)
I called this company today thinking they would provide diabetic shoes and inserts for my Kaiser insurance plan. I was greeted by a gentleman on the phone that stated they don't sell shoes and only sell services for inserts. When I asked if they are a provider for the Kaiser insurance he responded that they performed the services, and stated the costs for each service that they provide, and it was up to the patient to submit the costs to the insurance company for reimbursement.
