Love the Shock Doctors. Did another excellent job for us last week.
We called the Shock Doctors after all kinds of damage from the ice storm.Built in cooktop ,wall oven needed replacing and electrical updated to accommodate new appliances.They also assessed our generator which caused all the damage.They helped us with all the documents required for insurance and were able to get us up and running quickly.Scot in particular was amazing to deal with.He was available for questions,and suggestions.He made the process seamless and stress free.Left a tidy works site always .We will be using Shock ... read more

Timely response to our call. Very professional and staff showed up on time to our home. Everything was completed and explained to both my husband and myself. All questions were answered and they reinforced that we could contact them at any time with any further questions we may have. Staff were very pleasant and knew thier jobs.
