Walked in to drop off a USPS envelope, I provided a QR code for my return but was informed they do not accept QR codes at this location as their system is not equipped to accept these codes. I was able to email them (the shipping post) a paid shipping label in liou of the QR code only to be told by the cashier that there is a $5.00 fee to print this one page then another $1.00 to place ONE PIECE OF TAPE on my envelope.
