USE CAUTION!!! They will lie to you and give you one price, then while writing it up, will tell you a higher price and say there was no option for the cheaper they gave you. The clerks are incomptent, the owner/manager is unhelpful and rude. I was told my package would be delivered on a certain day - it was not. It was delayed for no reason. Address was correctly given. Will be filing a better business bureau report if not resolved. And yes, I do mean a refund! They charged me $249!

I had a mailbox I rented there for 6 months. When Iover farther away, I changed to my local post office. The post office was less than hAlf the price. Also, the owner that I've dealt with is VERY unprofessional. I was told when I turned in my key to cx my service, I was told by a younger sounding person there that during the first 30 days after cancelling I could come by & pick up if I got any. I used to use them all the time. There are obviously new owners. There is a dog in there all the time, they overcharge...it is almost robbery their prices. They are rude and very unprofessional. I will not go back Ever!

Yes, they are very convenient, but you pay dearly for the convenience. These folks are VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!

This is the best shipping and mailing place by far. Very easy, convenient and quick. They do everything here!! Why would ANY one go back to the post office when this place is around!!
