Customer service this morning at the gate was great but in the tunnel was another story … I approached the tunnel to stop before entering to have the tunnel operator frantically telling me to stop as I was already stopped, then direct me in to not keep eye contact, and move and give directions and hand signals where I could not see him and to top all that off didn’t even spray anything on my vehicle for pre-wash so yeah not too impressed. I had a great experience at the Shine Shop in Johnston thanks to Griffin! He took the time to explain all the different membership options, asked about my budget, and worked with me to find the perfect one in my price range. He was super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. On top of that, the car wash itself was excellent—my car came out looking really clean and shiny. Highly recommend asking for Griffin if you stop by!
A Fantastic Facility That Provides A Top Knotch Service With Cleaning Supplies And Towels For Cleaning Up Your Vehicle.
I attempted to get the basic wash and the young man at the podium aggressively attempted to sell me a more expensive wash. I told him 3 times I wanted the basic wash and held out my credit card and he refused to take it until I told him I wasn’t changing my mind. Had the gate ahead not been down I would have driven off. Worst experience ever.
