Life changing! The advice and support I was given completely changed the way I was thinking and feeling about certain situations. I have gained clarity, insight, compassion, and most importantly tools to handle certain situations and issues. If you’re thinking about reaching out…..don’t hesitate! Well worth it!
The Shift Counseling and Wellness in Atascocita made getting support incredibly easy. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of my counselor, Bri. The system is simple to navigate, and the team is top-notch. I'd highly recommend The Shift to any veterans or first responders in Atascocita looking for support and effective counseling for the unique challenges they face.
