I lived in one of studios and I had pleasant experience overall. 1) Summer Best Station is nearby and Elmwood avenue, Price Rite are very walkable. 2) Very Peaceful and safe community. 3) Neighbors were very friendly. 4) Rent is cheap when compared to other apartments in the neighborhood. 5) All issues were fixed immediately. 4) Apartment Staffs are very friendly, polite and professional.
