Had a cardiologist consult with Dr. Kimball Receptionist and technician was very welcoming and pleasant Dr. Kimball was very polite and helpful He explained my situation and described it in detail I was very impressed with his ability to help me find a solution to my issues. While Dr. Kimball is incredibly professional and knowledgeable—I’d give him more than 5 stars if I could—the same cannot be said for his assistant, Laila. During separate visits of my mother and my wife on different dates, Laila was consistently rude and unprofessional, making both of them feel uncomfortable.It’s disappointing to see such a contrast in professionalism between Dr. Kimball and his staff. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future patients." Let me know if this works!
