I had a great experience selling my aunts home with Jay Shephard. He always answered my calls or text, was very knowledgeable about the area and made the whole listing and selling experience smooth. I would highly recommend him if you’re buying our selling.
Jay was a great realtor! He knew exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect home in a great location! He even sold our former home and got an offer the first day we listed it. We would definitely use him again if we ever decide to sell or buy in the future.
Very professional and about business, salt of the earth type of guy..great experience👍🏽
When we decided to try a second realtor, Jay Sheppard was the best choice. They were very attentive to our wants and needs and directed every step in a professional manor. The team made every step easy. Jay said he was going to sell my house and he fulfilled that promise. I would highly recommend the Sheppard Group.
Jay is always my first call for anything real estate. I've known Jay since we were teenagers and I'm very thankful that he always answers my ridiculous questions. Lol. Jay has helped us several times and we appreciate him and his knowledge. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell. Or even if you just have a crazy question, like mine always are. Jay is always willing to help! 10 stars!!
