Jenn is the best physical therapist I have been to. I came in with chronic shoulder pain, numbness in both pinkies and joint pain in my knees. She has a holistic approach and is very in tune with what the body needs and how to slowly and gently open things up and allow for healing. She also has great online courses for core strengthening and nervous system regulation. I would recommend Jenn to anyone looking for a holistic and welcoming approach to healing the body.
