Honest, Professional, Patient - A real gem! I've referred several people to Jennifer, the owner of The Shenbaum Group. In one case, it was a son from out of state, who had inherited his parents house. The house was a mess and he was overwhelmed with how much work he would have to do to get it ready to sell. He met with Jennifer and was impressed with her professionalism, kindness and patience. She offered to buy the house as-is with no repairs or cleaning needed, which took a huge burden off the man's shoulders. He got his money quickly and was able to move on with is life. Jennifer is kind and patient. She works on the homeowner's schedule. She's not pushy and she's not a huckster. She explains the whole home selling process very thoroughly and is always available to answer questions. If you have a home you need to sell, and want to sell it quickly, with no repairs (not even termites!) and no clean-up, call Jennifer. She will help you!
