RecommendedI would definitely recommend to everyone!!! the portions are awesome and in my opinion they are so much better than the crab shack. I had both over the weekend and the shellhouse was the best meal I had while I was down there. I will definitely have to make it a must every time we are down for vacations.

It was great food with an awesome view of the turtles.
We always plan our rode trips up I95 with a stop over night here so we can eat at Shell House. The very best in southern hospitality from the great bar tenders and staff. The dungeness crab is always fresh and a great value for 2lbs. with 2 sides that my husband and I share. We enjoy every morsel.

Very disappointed service was great, the menu said catfish dinner, when they brought it it was cat fish fillets or supposed to be. Tuff as leather, no taste at all. Waitress came and asked how it was and I told her, she immediately offered to bring me something else and suggested the fried shrimp. The shrimp was also tuff, and no taste at all. I had been told by several people the catfish was great, it ain’t catfish it is catfish fillets and the menus needs to reflect that.
Food was very good and fresh.
