Good Belltown Living I lived at the Shelby for a year and a half, in two different apartments. They are your typical Belltown apartments. . .nothing particularly special, but nothing bad either. Parking is not included in the rent, but is available on-site for a monthly fee, which is nice. Great location to walk downtown, to the waterfront, and it is also close to lots of restaurants and bars. There is a small gym onsite that is fine, but not great.
