Wonderful place
The Grind was my first experience with CrossFit, as a beginner the coaches were very professional and patient. In my first two weeks I was encouraged to keep the weight to a minimum and work on my form. I liked the environment so much that my wife ended up going to the gym with me. It felt like we had a personal trainer to teach us each movement, and make sure that we had proper form doing each one.
