A Metrol delivery arrived at our home at 7am without notice. We could not accept the delivery. The Shed Company then pulled their building contractors off the job, despite that full payment had been made. This was not the only problem: - Mel Robinson 'sold' a turnkey shed with promises of a smooth build - the contract arrived weeks after deposit was paid and separates the shed supply from the slab and construction - We paid $800 to the Shed Company to help with the certifying. The sales service was good, however they say they can provide the process from purchase to finished installed product. Unless, you follow up and chase them you are left in the dark, to when next step will be accomplished. Still waiting for installation date from 2 months ago with no contact from them..
