Great atmosphere and awesome food. Will definately stop here again!
I had the Briskit sandwich. My guests had the pulled pork bbq sandwich. Both were excellent quality. The decor honored their father. Gravel floor. Picnic Tables. Blues music. Great place to eat.

loved it all...but would make the drive again just for the pulled pork potato skins! omg! and those baked beans! i want to get the crawfish next time too...they smelled so spicy!
We stopped by today on our way back from a cruise. The food was awesome. I wish baton rouge had a place like this.

The portions could be a bit bigger, the food and service excellent, a unique experience for anyone visiting the gulf coast, and for locals as well. I would rate the brisket as the best i have ever tasted.
OMGoodness!! Traveling through and saw it on my Yelp App. Drove up and wondered about it, but then realized how cool it was. We can not describe how good it was. We chose the sampler. It was really too much for the two of us, but couldn't leave any on the platter. Yes, it was that good!!
