Good bbq and exactly the vibe you want
Best food ever! Just wished they would give larger portion sizes. Should have brought 2 plates!
Great bbq rib sandwich!
Even though they happened to be out of the pastrami that I came for, I was still very happy with the sausage that I had. As always, a 5 star visit.
Cool place
The food was delicious but the customer service was absolutely terrible! There were still no fryers. The girl at the register Answered the phone and was on there for a good 10 mins while she seen me at the register waiting. I would have be okay if it wasnt a PERSONAL call. She forgot to ring up food we ordered and had to wait another hour for it to come out. I don’t understand how this place can be so “famous” when the service is so terrible. We definitely wont be back.
So the place was a little confusing at first as a first timer & there weren’t many menus available as we waited in line. Eventually a few became available and we were able to make our selections - I’ve always wanted to try this place as I see their signs yearly on I10 on our way to Florida - the food lived up to the hype - just dress cool as there is no AC & it’s literally a shack with gravel floors & picnic tables. Great BBQ! I am from Florida and live in Texas; this place is legit! Everything was perfectly cooked; chicken 1/4, wings, sausage, brisket, baby back & spare ribs! Mac’n Cheese and collards also tasty! I didn’t get to try the beans because someone else scarfed them down. Four of us shared the sampler platter; no dinner for us yesterday!
Best brisket in Mississippi. We drive 2 hours out of our way to Gulf Shores just to eat here. Show up early to beat the crowd.
