The food was blah, the service left much to be desired. Our chubby little waitress wore torn fish net stockings and a mini-skirt. She also showed us she wore a red thong as she bent over to wipe the other tables. Lost my appetite.
Don't care how good the food is here, you cannot realistically believe that abruptly closing the Mobile, AL store and putting 30+ employees out of work without warning will make any local customers want to support you anymore. SHAME ON YOU and the way you handled this!! I hope being on tv was worth it.
Good job on screwing 30+ people and their families over! That'll earn your brand a ton of respect, especially in this corner of the world. Also, you might want to coach your marketing director on how to write official statements that actually sound official. What a way to build your company's rep. Remember, karma is a real classy lady.

Think it's terrible what you did to your employees. They bust butt serving your business yet you don't even have the decency to even spend an hour the night before calling them to tell them that your closing your store & they will be without a job. Your morning employees show up to see a note on the door...very nasty way to treat them. Never cared too much for your food but I always enjoyed the service. Hope everyone you screwed over can find something quickly to support themselves.

Food was always better at the Mississippi location, but after the stunt they pulled in Mobile, I won't eat there again. They care more about their "TV show" than they do about their employees.
