We will always follow Nicole wherever she goes but we love the atmosphere here and the ladies are all amazing! 10/10 recommend.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Owner was obnoxiously rude. Rescheduled through the online booking and was put on the waitlist in case anything opened up. They still charged me half of the price considering me as a no show. I called to explain that I believe I had done everything as to not be charged and had text confirmation. Hailey, the owner, was rude off the bat and at first refused to refund me. Been coming here for a while now, so I figured it was time for a review. The new digital check-in system was great, and my barber Gabe was even better. He did the haircut surprisingly quick, and he gave me exactly what I asked for. The conversation was absolutely hilarious as well. Been to a few barbers in this shop, and even more in the city, but Ill definitely be coming back to see Gabe again. I cant recommend him or this place enough!
