A very full functional brokerage service . Shaun's team did a good job of getting the house prepared to sale and taking care of repairs after inspection. They walked us through the whole process of the sale and provided excellent advice on how to best proceed with the sale. We choose the full service sale letting Shaun's team staged the house and presented a complete online market strategy for the house. Very aggressively set up open house sessions for the house and moved the house at a good price very quickly
After having used Shaun Ashley as a realtor for the sale of our son's home in Independence Mo. recently I would highly recommend him if you plan to sell your home.
