My brother has heart failure and almost died because of the mold that's been here for going on 5 years in my home since they won't do anything about it I reported it to the city and I am getting a lawyer. They want to harass me for smoking in my duplex after 7 years.. my mom and I will still are staying here because they won't let us move unless we go homeless because they told everyone from Iowa all the way to Missouri that we are bad rentals because they won't fix the mold and they're embarrassed to themselves my mom is ab... read more
Sharon was an absolute joy to work with. She helped me buy my first home many years ago and made that process work very smoothly, so I went back to her when I was ready to sell that same home. She is great at breaking down the details in an understandable way, is very responsive to texts and emails, honors professionalism, and is always so pleasant and positive. The staff are also super and keep the process moving. If I ever need to sell this house, or know of someone who needs an agent, I would recommend Sharon, no hesitati... read more
We've worked with Sharon Bennett several times now, both buying and selling, and she's amazing every time. She's honest, she'll tell you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear, and she always has your best interest at heart. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and just a genuinely good person to work with. Highly recommend if you want an agent who actually has your back!
Sharon was amazing and so quick to answer all questions. She is so personable and helps you find the right home for YOU no matter how long the search is to find the right home. Update: 6 years later needed Sharon again and has the Best Buy/Sell experience with her. Can’t say enough good things about this woman. Knows how to get a house ready to sell, is never rushed with finding the right home for you to buy. Absolutely best experience again!
Sharon is amazing to work with. She's prompt and knowledgeable and our home buying process was smooth with her help. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
