Definitely the ********** around. Had my sled for 16 months with no work progress. ***** is a liar and it appears unless you have a new machine, he is clueless and does not care about his customers. Each time I inquired about my sled I was lied to and given false information on progress, waiting parts, etc., even when the part arrived, no progress for 8 months. I picked up my sled, note 16 months after dropping it off, the engine was partly torn down, parts were in a box and some missing, inch of dust and NOT to the progress... read more

I needed a battery for a quad, and brought the old battery to the owner of this shop. He did not have the battery in stock, so ordered it (with my old battery literally in his hand for reference). After three weeks it came, and I bought it. I did not immediately install it as I had other mechanical issues to deal with first. When installed 6 months later it blew a fuse. Upon further investigation, I saw that the terminals were reversed on this new battery as apposed to the old one. It was totally my fault for not looking at ... read more

Business response:
I would’ve happily exchanged the battery for him but he said that he bought it in July it is now first of March and he didn’t even have a receipt to prove that he bought it form me. Normal returns happen with in a day or two or a phone call informing us it wrong so we could get the correct one not putting it in your machine driving it for 7 months
