The food and service was outstanding. Went there our first night and went back everyday. We didn’t even go to another restaurant.
We have eaten at The Shark for several years and it is always the most impeccable fresh cuisine. I am shocked I haven’t written a review sooner! The menu offers local food and drinks from nearby farms and breweries. The conscience effort for natural whole food, buy local, GF options, organic, and simple natural table design with no plastic, are commendable for respecting our earth, and supporting the community. Amazing food with beautiful view! Going back this week!
During our many years dining at The Shark, we've always found it unique in delicious meal choices and preparation - staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Our favorite restaurant in a town with much competition.
Shark on the Harbor is on the cutting edge of creative cuisine. It’s a must stop if your in Ocean City Maryland. Off the small plate choices you must try: Deep fried avocado stuffed with lump crab meat with miso glaze. Also try the Corn pone with cheese, bacon bourbon glaze with candied pecans. I don’t think you will go wrong with any of the choices off their menu. Kudos to the Chefs for this menu. The service was exceptional.
Food was average, service mediocre, but more importantly I found this place to be dirty and in need of a good cleaning. 👎👎👎 Will not return.
Return visit to restaurant last time was in 2013 . Service and food remain excellent in 2019!
