Good things are appreciated and I want to thank The Shape of You... the relaxing atmosphere since I walked in is amazing.... the professional staff are very kind, and quality treatments they offer are outstanding... I had a Lymphatic Detox which included the sauna (I absolutely loved it) and came out feeling relaxed, lighter, and less puffy... I will definitely coming back...

Everyone is friendly and you leave the spa feeling leaner, relaxed and happy!! I highly recommend! Nancy always shares her knowledge to help you do your best for your body and mind
