My favorite treatment in town. Very clean and feel amazing afterwards
The Shape of You is the perfect sanctuary to disconnect from the everyday hectic world. Every treatment: the sauna, facial, wood therapy, ice sculpt, Lymphatic massage and the new BioSculpt Lymphatic treatment have made me feel refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed. Thank you Nancy, Hallie and all the team for being so kind and sharing your wellness knowledge with us to continue a healthy lifestyle!

Good things are appreciated and I want to thank The Shape of You... the relaxing atmosphere since I walked in is amazing.... the professional staff are very kind, and quality treatments they offer are outstanding... I had a Lymphatic Detox which included the sauna (I absolutely loved it) and came out feeling relaxed, lighter, and less puffy... I will definitely coming back...
