We would go negative if possible, Shane is the most dishonest realtor out there. He lies so much that you cant tell the difference between the truth and a lie. He cost my husband and I thousands of dollars on selling our home. We backed out of a home we were buying with him because he waited until the due diligence deadline to tell us bad news so he could trap us into buying the home. Beware of this guy!
