We would go negative if possible, Shane is the most dishonest realtor out there. He lies so much that you cant tell the difference between the truth and a lie. He cost my husband and I thousands of dollars on selling our home. We backed out of a home we were buying with him because he waited until the due diligence deadline to tell us bad news so he could trap us into buying the home. Beware of this guy!
Shane was receptive my search filters, and to my short time in Park City. This allowed me to look at relevant properties and make a purchase decision very quickly. Was able to complete all purchase steps remotely and electronically thanks to Shane and his staff.
