My experience at the Shampoo Shop was exceptional. I requested for a consultation with Tiffany to discuss what I wanted to do with my hair and what options were possible. To give context I had used packet dyes for many years, then has two bleach baths at a different salon which lead to my naturally brunette hair going orange.
