I have been getting my hair cut at the Shampoo Shop with Tiffany for several appointments BUT after this HORRENDOUS appointment I doubt I will ever go back!! My appointment was 'palmed-off' to Kim who has never cut my hair before. We discussed what I wanted & we reviewed 2 separate inspiration photos of the style I wanted whilst maintaining my length.
