I’ve been coming to see Karen and now Stephanie since 2019 for all three of my kids and always have excellent service. They both listen to me and what I want and also ask my kids so they feel included in the process. Prices are reasonable and I book weeks in advance via email because this place is in such high demand.
This is way too much to ask for. I understand that they're working with children but it's almost like I'm begging them to cut my child's hair. As she stated, the website is awful, you call and there's an automated message sending you to email them. You email them with a request for an open day next week and you get this as a response....
