Terrible service for extremely expensive shades. Any issues? Expect an appointment in 6 weeks.
I had an incredible experience with Harry at The Shade Store - he walked me through every part of the buying process and was very knowledgeable about the different types of shades and what would work in my home. Harry was available to meet in the store to walk through everything, and was always very attentive to my questions. The product quality is amazing and we are so happy with the results!
My experience with Susan at the South Coast Collection was a 10/10. She was amazing with follow up and helped me resolve a size issue I had with shades ordered from another store. I my shades turned out beautifully and I appreciated the selection process and the shade store’s variety and pricing.
