I'm 110% satisfied with my blinds project assisted by Harry Kassajikian (at Costa Mesa's Shade Store location). I've purchased shades before almost 10 years ago from The Shade Store and the quality is the best; hardly any wear shows. So I followed Harry's excellent advice and taste to do some more windows in my house last month. An incredibly professional installer from the company installed them. The worst. Cheap material but heavily inflated prices. Once you purchase you have no recourse. Nonexistent customer service. I made the mistake so take my advice and avoid this place.
I worked with Daniel and he was amazing. He was incredibly helpful and made it a very fun experience!
Update 05/17/2024 - Do not use this company. The day after my review, I spoke with Tami. She expressed sympathy for my issues and assured me that this was not the norm and that she would rectify the situation. I was given a date of April 23rd for an inspection of the damages and re-measurements. I was told they might be able to fit me in earlier. Would recommend another company for your window covering needs. Ordered the shades on February 8th, 2024, with an installation date of March 23rd, 2024. The installer arrived on time on March 23rd, 2024. He was friendly and nice but seemed to be in a hurry to leave. While installing the first shade, he noticed the measurements were incorrect.
