We couldn't be more pleased with our new shades and with the experience from start to finish with the Shade Store. We worked with Silvina at their Campbell location and James was our installer. We knew we were in good hands from the moment we met each of them. Their kindness and genuine concern for every detail made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. And our shades look and function perfectly!
Customer service was outstanding. They did an excellent job of scheduling in home services and made sure I was aware when the technician would be coming. I love the quality of the shades. I needed to block out the afternoon sun, and these are perfect.
