I visited the Shade store multiple times over the past year and I have been fortunate to work with them on getting our new treatments. Yesenia in particular was incredibly patient with us as we navigated the vast array of choices and changes in design direction. In the end we loved what we selected and it was expertly installed by the team. We even had some mistakes on one of our pieces and the Shade Store took care to order a revision and send the new one and install it at no cost to us. Fantastic service and quality!
I worked with Yesenia on multiple window treatments, probably spent a little too much in total over the past year even with the 25% discount during Black Friday and other promotions 😅 Pros: - Measurements, design and installation process was well communicated, organized and professional - Materials are much more high-end, unique and looks amazing. Completely unacceptable quality and service. Multiple windows are still missing shades and other windows still have defective shades from the factory. 4 months have passed from ordering and it is likely to extend to 6 months best case scenario for the install to be complete. The techs who install and measure are great but the sales and support staff are unable to help or resolve problems. I'm not sure what the issue is, but even with windows completely empty the support staff is unable to order the shades.
Will promise to send you designs or photos of installs, then ghost you. Ignores emails and calls. If you aren’t just taking the default option they don’t want your business.
