If you want to look for luxurious service, choose the Shade store. Staff is very friendly and professional. They go far and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed before they stop coming.
The products are fantastic. We have the powered shades and just love them. We experienced a glitch with the factory sending the wrong shade in our order, but the customer service team was fast to get this corrected and made sure everything on our order and installation was 100% corrected.
Yesenia at the Campbell store was great. Overall, good customer service.
