Michelle Sison was fantastic in coordinating our order and installation. Our installation technician was also efficient and careful. We actually had to reschedule part of our installation day of, and the technician and Michelle were completely understanding and flexible with setting another time to finish the install. Cannot recommend Michelle and her team enough! The quality of the window treatments is also beyond my expectations, we are very happy with the results, and Michelle made the process seamless!

The Shade Store replaced all of the window shades and draperies in my home. Dalton Rawson is a remarkable designer, and because was an installer for several years, he not only is great on the aesthetics, he knows what will and won't work from a practical, day in and day out perspective. Dalton is simply wonderful to work with and was incredibly patient with all of my very detailed questions. I have used The Shade Store for many projects. I have had excellent experiences. This last project was very large and I needed guidance on the best product and installation method. Dalton my account manager was incredibly helpful and the shades came out beautifully. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. I love working with this company. I even asked for a little steaming to get out a few shipping wrinkles and they sent a professional.
We recently purchased automated shades for our condominium and were greatly aided by our specialist, MICHELLE SISON . She was quite patient with us in describing the various types of shades and various materials, and was instrumental in expediting the installation. Would highly recommend using her as your consultant at the Beverly Hills store.
