I have been happy with my experiences at the Shade Store in Beverly Hills working with Michelle Sison , and also by the store near the Design Center. The products are good quality and the installation teams know what they are doing. The customer service after the purchase goes above and beyond. We could not figure out how to access the batteries, and there was some minor product issues with another shade ,and they fully stand behind their product and send out people to resolve the problem. Michelle Sison sold us our motorized solar roller shades in 2023. The install went smoothly. The quality is fantastic. Whenever we had/have questions or service needs, Michelle was/is our go-to b/c she's responds and gets things resolved quickly. We cannot recommend The Shade Store highly enough and, for sure, Michelle is one of the reasons why.
Michelle @ the Beverly Hills location was so helpful and patient with me while going though the process to choose our shades! Our installation tech was also 10/10. Highly recommend the shade store. Worth the money.
