I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Save the frustration (and a ton of money) and go to The Home Depot. Terrible customer service on every level. We paid for our shades and installation on 5/3/25, today is 8/8/25 and the install is yet to be completed, and they can't find time to fit us in until the end of September.
