Shelly was a big help! She is patient, and knew just what would look good and function well in our new home. Installation was a simple process, too!
The first set of blinds were not measured correctly ,they did they meet the window shelf . In addition the string system to pull the blinds up and down broke very quickly after getting them and was of poor quality After much back and forth - they agreed to replace the blinds . They showed me a picture of the new blinds and asked me to agree to those , which I did and the ones I eventually got have a chain in front instead of like the picture where it cant be seen.
