Worked with Denene in the Summit store on a huge project—she was on top of it across all of the iterations, explaining concepts patiently and tending to all the details. Never ever again. Long story short. Visit Summit. Set measurement appointment and then order. They Cancelled twice- then find out they mis measured. Order again. Cancel on me again. FIVE visits…. Not to mention the 4 days missed due to cancellations. 4367$.
Connie helped us purchase cordless blinds and roman shades for the ground floor of our home. The windows were difficult to work with because there wasn't enough depth, or sometimes overhead room for installation, plus we have a bay window. Connie walked us directly to products and fabrics that worked for us and engineered an aesthetic and functional solution for our tricky windows. She made it very easy and it looks lovely!
