Connie helped us purchase cordless blinds and roman shades for the ground floor of our home. The windows were difficult to work with because there wasn't enough depth, or sometimes overhead room for installation, plus we have a bay window. Connie walked us directly to products and fabrics that worked for us and engineered an aesthetic and functional solution for our tricky windows. She made it very easy and it looks lovely!
The Shade Store was fabulous, specifically Connie! She was helpful, courteous and tried her best to get my project completed. There was always contact whether it was by phone or email and best yet, my home looks so beautiful! No doubt I would recommend and use again! Thank you.

Will not shop here again. Shade was made to the wrong size, the installer installed it anyway which put incorrect holes in my freshly painted walls (which they will not fix). They had to make a new one and ship it, and then I had to wait several weeks again for the installation. The installer then left the old incorrect shade behind because it "wouldn't fit in his truck", and it is too large for me to dispose of without paying a fee. BUYER BEWARE!!! The sales associate that helped design our window treatments and the installer were second to none! Fantastic people! The rest of the company however, falls well below the disgruntled employee levels! We paid @$14,000 for blinds and curtains. The installer arrived to put in the blinds, 5 of the 12 were made too short for the window they were supposed to go in and the brackets for the patio door were wrong! 5 weeks later and trying to get answers to when they will replace the five blinds, or schedule the insta... read more
