Never ever again. Long story short. Visit Summit. Set measurement appointment and then order. They Cancelled twice- then find out they mis measured. Order again. Cancel on me again. FIVE visits…. Not to mention the 4 days missed due to cancellations. 4367$.
Connie helped us purchase cordless blinds and roman shades for the ground floor of our home. The windows were difficult to work with because there wasn't enough depth, or sometimes overhead room for installation, plus we have a bay window. Connie walked us directly to products and fabrics that worked for us and engineered an aesthetic and functional solution for our tricky windows. She made it very easy and it looks lovely!
The Shade Store was fabulous, specifically Connie! She was helpful, courteous and tried her best to get my project completed. There was always contact whether it was by phone or email and best yet, my home looks so beautiful! No doubt I would recommend and use again! Thank you.
If you are thinking of new window treatments for your home, look no further than The Shade Store. Will not shop here again. Shade was made to the wrong size, the installer installed it anyway which put incorrect holes in my freshly painted walls (which they will not fix). They had to make a new one and ship it, and then I had to wait several weeks again for the installation. The installer then left the old incorrect shade behind because it "wouldn't fit in his truck", and it is too large for me to dispose of without paying a fee.
