We are so grateful for Laura and the wonderful help she gave us while choosing shades for our home. Her customer service was consistently excellent -- responsive, patient, and always thoughtful. We recently had window treatments installed in our home and are absolutely thrilled with the results! We chose a combination of electric blackout blinds, wooden shutters, and roller shades, and they all perfectly complement our new home. Denene from the Summit store was exceptional during the design consultation, making the selection process seamless. On top of that, the measuring and installation were an absolute breeze. Highly recommend!
From start to finish, THE SHADE STORE, specifically Connie and of course the installer Mark (and the measurer whose name I'm sorry I don't recall), has been superb. Connie led me step by step through the process of selecting the right shade for my newly remodeled master bathroom. She was courteous, engaged, timely and extremely helpful.
