A family member recommended The Shade Store for our window treatment needs, and we are very pleased with the results! It was a pleasure working with Denene, who visited our home and helped us choose beautiful, practical window treatments that fit our lifestyle and decor preferences. The installers did a great job of measuring our windows, installing the shades we ordered, and demonstrating how to use programmable remote control features. I highly recommend The Shade Store and Denene!
I wouldn't recommend the Shade Store. They have a lot of policies that are pretty non consumer friendly and are very corporate about it, basically the people in the store are just sort of helpless if you don't like the way it works. For the premium cost I'm paying I'd expect better service and a better overall experience. I only stuck through it for this project because they offered me a huge discount to keep me from dropping off, but I don't plan to use them again. We're very happy with our shades! We got the Cascade Woven Wood Shades (natural fiber) for our master bedroom. I like them a little lower than shown in the photo with the chair. I wanted something minimalist. I actually love the feel, and I don't mind manually lowering & closing, although we could have purchased the remote option.
