Great products, terrible service. We hired them twice to install total black out drapes. While the fabrics and final results are very satisfying, the installation was a pain each time. It feels like we should apologize to the installer for wasting their time. In addition, the communication between the main office (order taker) and installer is definitely broken. Customer service is non existent. I came in during the afternoon on Monday. I was the only one in the store. The lady at the front desk completely ignored me. I said hello to her multiple times. She completely ignored me. Don’t bother coming. It’s just a waste of time.
literally (literally) the worst home investment you can make. It's been over 13 months and we still have issues. Each time that we ask for help, they send a calendar invite for at least 3 weeks out of dates. then send someone. then another person. 12 shades, maybe 7 were good upfront, a few continue to be real stinkers. one literally doesn't fit the window. a technician came and said "yeah, this is good" ... so back in the swirl of terrible experience as I wait, again. Somebody needs to teach them how to measure. Second time making my shades the wrong size.
Review edited : The shade store customer support team helped us get our initial issue resolved, so I am.now marking our experience as 3 stars. We finally got to a point where we are very happy with the result, I just whish we got there sooner. But it was all worth it in the end. A big thank you to the customer team at the shade store, including a Teresa in the store. You were great.
